events, exhibitions, or marketing industry
. This role requires excellent communication, the ability to understand client needs, and a passion for delivering exceptional event solutions.
Identify and approach potential Chinese-speaking clients through cold calling, email, social platforms, and networking
Promote and sell event services such as exhibition stands, corporate events, brand activations, and B2B expos
Understand client requirements and provide customized proposals and presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals in line with company policies
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure smooth project delivery
Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
Provide weekly sales reports and market feedback to management
Requirements:
Native Chinese speaker (Mandarin or Cantonese) with strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Proven sales experience, preferably in the events or exhibition industry (minimum 1-2 years)
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Excellent time management and organization skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
UAE driving license is a plus (if applicable)
