Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Monthly and Quarterly Sales Targets:
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and engage prospective clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Industry Targeting:
Focus on sectors such as construction, real estate, and hospitality that require fleet or executive transport solutions.
Field Sales and Outreach:
Conduct visits to construction sites, offices, and exhibitions to promote our luxury vehicle offerings.
Market Intelligence:
Stay up to date on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Internal Coordination:
Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely order execution, accurate quotations, and seamless delivery of vehicles.
Product Presentation and Follow-Up:
Present vehicle options and service packages, prepare detailed quotations, and follow up on all inquiries to close deals efficiently.
Requirements:
Presentable and Confident:
Strong personal presentation and confidence in dealing with high-profile clients.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
Negotiation Skills:
Ability to navigate complex negotiations and close high-value deals.
Sales Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the automotive, luxury, or car rental industry.
Proactive and Self-Motivated:
A go-getter who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Market Knowledge:
Solid understanding of the UAE market, especially within the car rental industry or solely cars.
