Job Description

As a Real Estate consultant/Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their real estate needs while also overseeing the management of residential and commercial properties. This is a multifaceted role that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and property management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Agent Duties:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing tailored solutions.

Property Listings:

Create property listings, conduct property showings, and negotiate sales or rental agreements.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities in Dubai's real estate market.

Lead Generation:

Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and online resources.

Legal Compliance:

Ensure all property transactions comply with Dubai's real estate laws and regulations.

Property Maintenance:

Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations for managed properties.

Legal and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records, lease agreements, and legal documents related to property management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Manager in the Dubai market. Valid Real Estate Broker License in Dubai. If not available, one will be provided Excellent knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws and regulations. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
