Job Summary:



We are looking for a highly motivated

Sales & Telesales Representative

to help grow our client base across the UAE and GCC. You will be responsible for identifying leads, presenting Fortender's value proposition, and closing sales--both over the phone and in person. You'll play a key role in helping

real estate developers, contractors, consultants, and government entities

understand how Fortender simplifies and improves procurement and tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls and online outreach to introduce Fortender to potential clients (contractors, consultants, developers, and government bodies). Schedule and attend meetings (virtually or onsite) with qualified leads to present Fortender's platform and features. Deliver product demos tailored to client needs and industry pain points. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams. Educate prospects on the benefits of digital procurement and how Fortender fits into their workflow. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding in collaboration with the customer success team. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on pipeline progress and market feedback. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience in B2B sales or telesales, preferably in SaaS, construction tech, or procurement platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic (preferred). Understanding of the construction industry, procurement workflows, or public tendering is a strong plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

sales: 3 years (Required) construction related sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
