With a focus on delivering unmatched audio-visual experiences, we serve a diverse clientele ranging from luxury homeowners and audiophiles to architects and AV integrators.

We are looking for a dynamic

Area Sales Manager

to join our growing team and drive business development across the region.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:



Identify, target, and convert new clients (architects, developers, interior designers, contractors) and grow partnerships with existing clients.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with business objectives.

Market Expansion:



Build and maintain relationships with retailers, home cinema installers, and consultants in the high-end AV industry.

Develop regional sales strategies to support growth in new markets.

Product Expertise:



Gain in-depth knowledge of our high-end audio-video product offerings.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for partners to highlight product features and benefits to their clients.


Sales Operations & Reporting:



Monitor regional sales performance and provide reports on KPIs, forecasts, and competitor activities.

Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Collaboration & Events:



Collaborate with marketing teams for local campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.

Represent the brand at events and exhibitions to enhance visibility and generate new leads.


Qualifications & Skills:



Experience:

2+ years of sales experience, ideally in the AV or luxury products industry.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence high-end clientele.

Industry Knowledge:

Passion for high-fidelity audio and advanced video technologies is preferred.

Sales Acumen:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Travel:

Willingness to travel within the designated area to meet clients and attend events.

Tools:

Ability to learn/experience in CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
