Identifying and Generating Leads:

Finding potential customers through various methods like referrals, networking, or cold calling.

Building Relationships:

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients through regular communication and support.

Making Presentations:

Presenting products or services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing concerns.

Negotiating Deals:

Negotiating sales prices, terms, and contracts with clients.

Providing Customer Support:

Assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service.

Meeting Sales Targets:

Achieving individual and team sales goals and quotas.

Managing Sales Records:

Tracking sales activity, documenting client interactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Coordinating with Other Departments:

Working with marketing, product development, and other teams to support sales efforts.

Staying Up-to-Date:

Excellent Communication Skills:
