Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit prospective corporate clients to promote our gift products.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, marketing, HR).

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gift solutions.

Provide product samples, pricing, and proposals tailored to client needs.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and branding accuracy.

Stay updated with product trends, customization techniques, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor/B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifts, promotional items, or printing industry.

Valid UAE driving license .

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Strong presentation and communication abilities (English required; Arabic is a plus).

Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing client base in the corporate or events sector is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of branding techniques and customization options (laser, UV print, engraving, etc.).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
