We are looking for a results-driven and motivated

Sales Representative

to join our growing IT services team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales for a range of IT solutions including software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed IT support.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads. Understand client business needs and propose tailored IT solutions. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with decision-makers. Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and follow up to close deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful service delivery. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track all sales activity using a CRM system.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions. Strong knowledge of IT services such as cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, or infrastructure. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing network or client portfolio in IT services. Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Familiarity with industry sectors like healthcare, logistics, or finance is a plus. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
