Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services, answer questions, handle inquiries, and generate sales or support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries. Explain products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone. Generate leads, create sales opportunities, or collect feedback as per campaign goals. Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and customer information. Follow communication scripts where applicable while being able to engage naturally with customers. Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
