As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and helping us scale our business through strategic outreach and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential clients via phone, email, or social platforms.
Pitch and promote our financial or gaming services to relevant leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for effective campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Requirements:
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or online gaming.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of digital platforms and online engagement.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
Prior telesales or outbound calling experience is a plus.
