Dynamic Sales Man cum Driver Wanted for Leading Restaurant Packaging Supplier in UAE!

Our company is a leading supplier of high-quality restaurant packing materials, including paper cups, paper plates, containers, and more. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Man cum Driver to join our growing team and expand our presence across the UAE.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Relationship Management:

Proactively identify and secure new restaurant clients across the UAE. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers. Understand client needs and recommend suitable packaging solutions from our extensive product range. Regularly visit restaurants as per a structured weekly and monthly route plan to take orders, present new products, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Order & Delivery Management:

Efficiently manage the entire order lifecycle, from taking orders to ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Plan and execute daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet customer schedules. Safely operate the company vehicle in compliance with all UAE traffic laws and regulations.

Invoicing & Cash Collection:

Generate invoices accurately based on sales orders. Collect payments (cash/cheque) from clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Take responsibility for the inventory of packing materials in the delivery vehicle. Monitor stock levels, anticipate needs, and coordinate with the main warehouse to ensure adequate supply for deliveries. Maintain accurate records of stock movements and report any discrepancies.

Reporting & Discipline:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, deliveries, and collections. Adhere strictly to pre-planned route maps for daily, weekly, and monthly client visits. Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

What We're Looking For:

Proven UAE Experience:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Man cum Driver, specifically within the UAE market.

Industry Knowledge:

Demonstrable experience in selling disposable packaging materials (paper cups, plates, etc.) to restaurants, cafes, and other food service businesses in the UAE.

Valid UAE Driving License:

A valid UAE manual driving license is essential.

Sales & Negotiation Skills:

Strong sales acumen with a proven trackrecord of meeting and exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Operational Skills:

Proficient in invoicing processes, inventory management, and cash handling.

Route Planning & Time Management:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and follow efficient routes. Disciplined in adhering to visit schedules.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant advantage). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Proactive & Independent:

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with UAE Locations:

Good knowledge of roads and restaurant locations across various Emirates.
