Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, efficient and reliable Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidates must have prior experience in sales, business development for business setup and company formation in the UAE, in-depth knowledge of free zone and mainland company registration processes, sales and key accounts management background. Fluency in Russian language would be an added advantage.

KRA:

Assist clients in understanding the different business setup options in the UAE, including free zone, mainland, and offshore. Provide expert advice on the legal structures, licensing, and government regulations for business incorporation. Guide clients through the entire company formation process, from consultation to trade license issuance. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of business setup applications. Stay updated on UAE business laws, free zone regulations, and market trends. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
Min. Requirements:

Fluency in Russian language Proven experience in business setup consulting or a related field. Strong understanding of UAE free zones, mainland business setup, and company formation procedures. Excellent sales, negotiation, communication skills and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Min. of 3 years UAE experience in the business setup industry is a must. BA in Business Administration, Sales or equivalent.
