Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the steel and cladding manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in sales within the UAE market, along with a solid understanding of the contracting business. This individual will be responsible for identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, and building long-term relationships.

Sales and Quotation Preparation:



Analyze inquiries and prepare accurate quotations tailored to client specifications. Effectively present and pitch products and solutions to clients.

Customer Relationship Management:



Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions and maintain ongoing relationships. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sale support.

Goal Achievement:



Set and achieve personal sales targets while remaining focused and self-motivated. Handle objections and rejections with resilience and a positive attitude.

Collaboration and Communication:



Work collaboratively with production and technical teams to ensure effective deal closure. Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Adaptability and Learning:



Adapt to changing sales environments and continuously improve sales techniques. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and digital sales tools (CRM systems).

Negotiation and Conflict Resolution:



Negotiate pricing and terms effectively to close sales while preserving value. Resolve conflicts and objections with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.

Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills:



Build rapport with clients, prospects, and colleagues through strong interpersonal skills. Collaborate effectively across departments to support sales efforts.

Analytical Skills:



Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Understand market conditions and competitive landscape to enhance positioning.

Tech Savviness:



Utilize Microsoft Office products and other software as needed for reporting and presentations.

Cultural Fit:



Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic aligned with company values. Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and customer-first sales environment.

Qualifications:



Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales within the UAE market. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related. Must have UAE Driving License Strong knowledge of the contracting business in the UAE. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
