Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for
interior design
,
fit-out
, and
maintenance
services
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to project handover
Act as the main point of contact for clients during and after the sales process
Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business
Coordinate with design, technical, and operations teams for smooth delivery
Track leads and update CRM with accurate, real-time data
Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of sales experience
in interior design, fit-out, or maintenance
Strong sales background with a proven track record of achieving targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple client relationships at once
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Self-motivated, professional, and well-organized
