Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Sales Representative

(Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and representing the Aeres brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fragrances Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Aeres Perfumes products Achieve and exceed sales targets Maintain the visual appearance of the store and product displays Process sales transactions accurately Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business Keep up with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and POS experience High school diploma or equivalent Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) Presentable, energetic, and motivated personality
