Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, phone, or social media.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable gifts or floral arrangements.
- Provide recommendations based on occasions, preferences, and budgets.
2. Sales Conversion:
- Convert incoming leads into confirmed orders.
- Upsell or cross-sell products (e.g., add chocolates, cards, or premium packaging).
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
3. Order Management:
- Process and confirm orders through the online platform or CRM.
- Coordinate with florists, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Track and update customers on order status.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on new arrivals, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
- Understand the features and emotional appeal of different products.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
