Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Generate New Business:
Prospect and acquire new clients by actively seeking out opportunities in the market.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand client needs and provide tailored printing solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest printing technologies, products, and services.
Educate clients on the benefits and features of our printing solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Market Research:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to the management team to improve products and services.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the production, design, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the printing industry.
Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and technologies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
