Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations to promote company services and products. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and sales campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's brand. Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management. Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in sales, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or service industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Excellent presentation and customer service abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage. Professional appearance and demeanor.
