About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Representative

to join our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle buying process and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and online. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles. Explain car features, pricing, finance options, and aftersales services. Arrange test drives and follow up with leads. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain knowledge of current inventory and new product launches. Prepare and submit sales contracts and documentation. Build long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive or sales is a strong advantage. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Female required.
