Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at GENTLEMEN'S GARAGE AUTO SERVICES, a reputable car service garage. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our service contracts and additional automotive services to prospective clients. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell service contracts and various automotive services offered by the garage.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their automotive service needs.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the range of services offered, including service contracts, and effectively communicates the value proposition to potential customers.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and proactive outreach.

Customer Education: Educate clients on the benefits of service contracts and other value-added services, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

Familiarity with automotive services and service contracts is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Education:

A high school diploma is required, and a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
