We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in promoting and selling our premium car paint protection products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell paint protection products and services (e.g., PPF, ceramic coatings, sealants) to customers, car dealerships, and automotive service providers.
Identify potential clients through networking, cold calls, and on-site visits to car dealerships, workshops, and detailing centers.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of paint protection solutions.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions and handle objections.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a CRM database of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales (automotive, car care, or related industry preferred).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of automotive paint protection technologies is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
