Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at a leading office furniture manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting our range of high-quality office furniture solutions to clients in various sectors including corporate, education, healthcare, and government.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify client needs and recommend suitable office furniture solutions from our product line. Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, quotes, and proposals. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical product specifications and space planning. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Familiarity with CAD software or design/layout programs is a plus.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
