Job Description
Job Title: Sales Representative
Reports To: Branch Manager
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The role is to help customers, increase sales, keep the branch tidy, and follow company rules.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and help all customers politely. Suggest extra products to increase sales. Serve customers quickly and leave a positive impression. Display products creatively and neatly. Keep the branch clean, fresh, and organized. Know company products (chocolates, flowers, cakes). Use product knowledge to assist customers. Handle stock carefully and prevent damage. Follow pricing, cleanliness, and company rules.
Requirements:
High school or equivalent (Bachelor's is a plus). 1-2 years' experience in retail or sales preferred. Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus. Basic knowledge of POS systems.
Skills:
Friendly, polite, and good with customers. Positive attitude and motivated. Problem-solving skills. Team player. Basic product and display knowledge.
