We are seeking a dynamic and reliable

Sales Representative

to join our team. This customer-facing role is essential to delivering an exceptional in-store experience and supporting the overall success of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, maintaining product displays, and contributing to a positive and productive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience. Handle customer concerns professionally and offer effective, solution-oriented support. Perform inventory tasks, including stock counts, replenishment, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales targets and store goals. Stay informed about products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers. Assist with marketing efforts, in-store promotions, and seasonal setups. Proactively engage customers and follow up to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Follow all company policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
Requirements:

2 years experience of being a Sales Representative
