Job Description
Fit Box Center is looking for motivated and customer-focused female Sales & Reception Executives to join our team. The role involves welcoming customers, managing daily front-desk activities, and driving membership sales for our sports programs (Swimming, Karate, Kickboxing, Football, Gym).
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with enquiries, trials, and registrations. Explain membership packages, promotions, and class details confidently. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through walk-ins, WhatsApp leads, and follow-ups. Manage customer check-in, bookings, and attendance records. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and in-person enquiries professionally. Process payments (cash/POS) and maintain accurate records. Update membership information and renewals in the system. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. Coordinate with coaches and supervisors regarding schedules and student issues. Prepare daily reports on sales, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Requirements
Female candidates only. Previous experience in

(preferably in fitness centers). Strong communication skills in English; Confident, proactive, and comfortable with sales. Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Business, Excel, CRM entry). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and professional appearance.Skills We Value
