Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Sales Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations across invoicing, payments, reporting, sales support, and business development. The ideal candidate will support the smooth functioning of sales channels (Amazon, Noon, etc.), oversee sales reps, and ensure business growth through strong client management and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Operations
Create and manage invoices for clients and platforms.
Record and reconcile received payments accurately.
Track and book company expenses in a timely manner.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
Maintain accurate and updated inventory records.
Sales Coordination & Reporting
Process and book orders from clients and marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
Generate and analyze sales performance reports.
Create inventory movement reports and sales summaries.
Set and monitor sales targets for sales representatives.
Coordinate with sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Client & Business Management
Manage relationships with key clients and respond to queries.
Identify new business opportunities and help expand sales reach.
Coordinate with partners, platforms, and sales reps for new leads and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or accounting.
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
Experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Portal is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
