Job Title: Sales & E-Commerce Executive



Location: Retail Shop - Ajman, UAE



Job Summary:



Al Andalus General Trading Co. LLC is looking for a

Sales & E-Commerce Executive

to join our team at our

shop in Ajman

. This role involves

sales, e-commerce management, social media advertising, POS transactions, and bookkeeping

, along with ensuring the

cleanliness and organization of the shop

. The candidate will also be responsible for

outdoor sales visits

to generate new business.

The ideal candidate must be

fluent in English

, with

Arabic language skills as an advantage

, and be able to

achieve sales targets

, handle

online orders

, run

social media advertisements

, and maintain accurate

financial records

. The candidate

must be flexible with working hours

based on business needs.

This position offers a

salary package between AED 2,000 to 3,000

, based on experience and skills, plus an

attractive commission scheme

on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Engagement (Indoor & Outdoor Sales):



Actively

promote and sell

cosmetic and beauty care products to retail customers, salons, spas, and online buyers. Meet and exceed

monthly sales targets

, earning commission based on performance. Handle

customer inquiries

, provide product recommendations, and ensure excellent customer service. Process transactions using the

POS system

, ensuring accurate billing, invoicing, and payment handling. Conduct

outdoor sales visits

to salons, spas, retailers, and other potential clients to generate new business. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales opportunities.

E-Commerce & Online Order Management:



Manage and update the company's

e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, etc.)

, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions. Process and fulfill

online orders

, coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns related to

online sales

via email, chat, and social media. Monitor online sales performance and suggest strategies to increase revenue.

Social Media Advertising & Marketing:



Create and manage

advertising campaigns on social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to promote products and increase sales. Develop and schedule

engaging content, promotions, and special offers

to attract and retain customers. Track and analyze

ad performance, engagement rates, and conversion metrics

, optimizing campaigns for better results. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Shop Maintenance & Cleanliness:



Keep the

shop tidy, clean, and well-organized

at all times. Arrange and display

products attractively

to enhance the customer shopping experience. Ensure shelves are stocked, products are in good condition, and the store remains welcoming for customers. Maintain proper hygiene standards and cleanliness in the sales area.

Bookkeeping, POS Transactions & Order Processing:



Process

sales transactions using the POS machine

, ensuring accurate billing and payment handling. Maintain accurate

sales records, invoices, and payments

. Track

inventory levels

, reconcile stock, and coordinate restocking as needed. Generate

sales and financial reports

for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding

payments, invoicing, refunds, and discounts

.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales, e-commerce, or retail

(preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care products). Ability to meet and exceed

sales targets

in a

performance-driven

environment. Experience in handling

POS systems

and processing payments. Knowledge of

e-commerce platforms

(Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, etc.). Proficiency in

social media advertising and content creation

(Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok promotions, etc.). Basic knowledge of

bookkeeping and financial record-keeping

.

Fluency in English

is required (spoken and written).

Arabic language skills are an advantage

. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

and familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.

Flexibility with working hours

to generate business and increase client outreach.

Compensation & Benefits:



Salary: AED 2,000 - 3,000 per month (based on experience and skills) + commission on sales performance
