Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for men's fashion, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them in finding the perfect custom-tailored garments.

Consultation:

Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' style preferences, measurements, and specific tailoring needs.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about our range of fabrics, patterns, and design options to provide expert advice and recommendations.

Sales:

Promote and upsell custom tailoring services and accessories, ensuring customers are aware of current promotions and special offers.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up communications.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, including arranging merchandise displays and monitoring fitting rooms.

Transaction Handling:

Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system, handle returns, and manage customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury or custom clothing environment. Strong understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as needed.
