and extensive hands-on experience in travel products, airline bookings, tour operations, and customer relationship management.

and demonstrate a deep understanding of the travel industry, including leisure, corporate, and group travel segments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve individual and departmental revenue targets.
Identify potential business opportunities, including corporate accounts, government clients, and travel agents.
Present and promote travel packages, airline deals, hotel arrangements, and tourism services to clients.
Generate new leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
Conduct sales visits and presentations to strengthen client relationships and close business deals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commission structures with travel partners and corporate clients.
Amadeus & Travel Operations:
Manage airline bookings, reservations, ticketing, re-issuance, and refunds using
Amadeus GDS
.
Handle
PNR creation, fare construction, ticket issuance, and exchange processes
accurately.
Monitor fare rules, schedule changes, and flight disruptions to ensure timely updates to clients.
Use Amadeus to search, compare, and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and ancillary travel services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, IATA procedures, and travel documentation requirements.
Support the operations team by providing pricing and itinerary options based on Amadeus availability.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
Provide professional travel consultation and customized solutions for individual and group requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with efficiency and professionalism.
Ensure client satisfaction through follow-ups, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
Market Research & Strategic Planning:
Analyze travel market trends, competitor strategies, and seasonal demand to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns for tour packages and destinations.
Stay informed about emerging destinations, airline alliances, and global tourism developments.
Reporting & Administration:
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports for management review.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and bookings in the company CRM.
Support management in forecasting sales, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Travel & Tourism Management

Hospitality
, or
Business Administration
.
Minimum
4-6 years of experience
in the
travel and tourism industry
, with at least
2 years in a senior sales role
.
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS
is
mandatory
(knowledge of Galileo or Sabre is an added advantage).
In-depth knowledge of airline ticketing, fare calculations, and IATA regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
fluency in Arabic and English

Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a proven record of closing sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
