Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.
- Conduct sales presentations and property tours to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our timeshare offerings.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the timeshare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
