Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Present, promote, and sell Real Estate projects using solid arguments to prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and market feedback.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).

Valid UAE driving license (if applicable to field sales).

Compensation:

Basic salary + Commission
