Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused

Sales Representative

to join our team in promoting and selling

facility management services

. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their facility-related needs, and offering tailored solutions such as cleaning, maintenance, security, pest control, HVAC, and other soft or hard FM services. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B sales and a strong understanding of property or facility-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional sectors. Promote a wide range of facility management services including cleaning, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), security, landscaping, and waste management. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Conduct site visits and facility audits to assess client needs and propose solutions. Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract terms. Maintain and update CRM records of client interactions and sales progress. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for recurring and upselling opportunities. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments. Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in facility management, real estate, or B2B services. Strong understanding of facility operations and the FM services value chain. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.

Preferred Experience:

2-5 years of experience in FM or property services sales. Existing client network in sectors such as corporate offices, retail, healthcare, or education. Technical knowledge of soft and hard FM services.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
