We are looking for a driven and persuasive

Sales Representative

to promote and sell our cutting-edge POS systems and digital solutions to businesses. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our client base through direct sales efforts, client outreach, and relationship-building.

While your main focus will be sales, you will also provide

Level 1 technical support

and coordination when needed to ensure a smooth onboarding and excellent customer experience.

Your Main Responsibilities

Actively

identify and reach out to potential clients

, presenting and promoting our POS solutions.

Schedule and conduct product demos

, either remotely or in person. Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a pipeline of leads.

Close sales deals

, prepare offers, and follow up on negotiations. Attend client meetings and represent the company in a professional, engaging manner. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communication, and deal progress.

Additional Support Tasks

Provide

basic Level 1 technical support

(in-person or remotely) when required. Act as a liaison between clients and Level 2 support for issue resolution. Support initial

system integrations or installations

when necessary.

Good-to-have Technical Skills

Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfortable using

Windows OS

(7, 8, 10, 11). Basic understanding of

local networking

, including connecting and troubleshooting devices. Familiar with

routers and switches

in small business environments.

Soft Skills Required

Excellent

sales and communication skills

time management and organizational skills

Language Requirements

Native Arabic speaker
