Position Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Representative with experience in the doors and aluminium industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a deep understanding of the products, applications, and market trends within the doors and aluminium sector. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the sales of doors and aluminium products to both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:

Identify, prospect, and target new clients within the doors and aluminium industry. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Present and promote the company's range of doors and aluminium products to clients, contractors, and architects.

Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise:

Provide clients with detailed product information, including technical specifications and benefits. Advise on product selection based on customer requirements, including customization options for doors and aluminium products. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new product developments, and competitor activities.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support. Offer professional recommendations and solutions based on customer needs. Ensure timely delivery of products and manage order follow-ups.

Quotations & Negotiations:

Prepare and submit competitive quotes for doors and aluminium products. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules in line with company policies. Close sales and process contracts effectively and efficiently.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management. Track and manage customer accounts and sales opportunities using CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Proven experience (minimum [X] years) in sales within the doors, aluminium, or construction materials industry. Strong knowledge of doors and aluminium products, including different types, applications, and installation techniques. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and interpret technical product specifications. Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients as required.

Preferred Qualifications:



Previous experience in B2B sales or with architectural firms, contractors, and builders. Familiarity with aluminium fabrication and manufacturing processes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
