1. Job Title:

Sales Representative

2. Job Purpose:

Achieve sales targets, expand the company's customer base, and build strong, lasting customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

3. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

a) Achieve monthly sales targets for retail sales.

b) Conduct daily visits to customers and potential clients.

c) Create weekly reports on sales activities, including the number of visits and new sales opportunities.

d) Follow up on new sales opportunities and focus on closing them.

e) Ensure the accuracy of customer documents submitted for product requests.

f) Provide a comprehensive course on the product to be sold.

g) Develop and implement a sales plan based on sectors.

h) Customer needs, and geographical distribution.

i) Continuously develop sales skills through training courses.

j) Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying updated on new products and the competitive landscape.

k) Strengthen and build strong, long-term relationships with customers.

l) Resolve customer problems and meet their requirements.

4. Required Skills & Qualifications:

a)

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

b)

Experience:

Previous experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Soft Skills:

d) Strong communication and negotiation skills.

e) Ability to work in a competitive and cooperative team environment.

f) Excellent time management and scheduling skills.

g) Tact and good appearance.

h)

Other:

i) A valid driver's license.

j) Good knowledge of the geographic area of operation.

k) Ability to adapt quickly and work within a team.

5. Performance Metrics:

a) Meeting the assigned monthly sales target.

b) Number of daily customer visits.

c) Quality and accuracy of weekly reports.

d) Successful conversion rate of sales opportunities.
