Job Description
looking only for female sales reps that have experience or background in sales must speak arabic and english ( salary + bonus ) having a background in interior design and/or construction is highly desirable
Part-time hours: 24 per week Salary: KD200.000 - KD300.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
- Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory which includes existing accounts and new accounts.
- Ensure achievement of all sales target and analyses all company objectives.
- Create a systematic methodology for maintaining the accuracy and relevant information to facilitate the quick assessment of clients.
- Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
- Understanding and promoting the company\xe2\x80\x99s Products & Services as assigned.
- setting up presentations for each individual client based on their needs while trying to sell them on more services
- maitain a relationship with the client through out the service timline
- In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
- Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
- Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
- A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
- Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
- Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
