Sales Relationship Manager (RM)
to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, brokers, referrals, and direct outreach.
Manage and update CRM with all client interactions and leads.
Conduct property presentations, arrange site visits, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide weekly sales activity reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (real estate preferred, but not mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with Dubai real estate market is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
