As a CRYO Sales Receptionist you are the first point of contact for our company being responsible for welcoming each client and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. You oversee all functions of our reception from answering guest inquiries and managing customer satisfaction to branch daily bookings and administrative assistance. The top priority of this position is increasing our customer satisfaction and sales assistance to the branch team. You are expected to be a people's person with strong communication skills and have a pleasant personality, be able to multitask and deal with stressful situations in effective manner. You should continuously develop your knowledge about our services & merchandise.

We are looking for a professional Sales Receptionist to join our team in Dubai with the following requirements:

• Previous experience Sales Receptionist (min. 1 year) in a wellness or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of different treatments and wellness services.
• Good communication in English (Arabic as an advantage).
• Strong sales and excellent customer service.
• Flexible to work in shifts (mornings, evenings).

• Good time management skills.
• Great knowledge of basic office software and familiar with other productivity software.
• Well organized and can keep track of all the bookings and all the important information about the company and its services.
• Has the capacity to handle several responsibilities concurrently without becoming confused.
• Great team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• wellness industry: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
