Sales Executive - Real Estate - Developer & Broker
Sharjah, Ajman, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 (Negotiable) + Car +
Excellent Commissions (Best commissions in the Market)
Hindi/Urdu, Chinese, Russian speakers preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company properties (residential, commercial, plots).
Build client relationships, and conduct property viewings.
Provide clients with accurate and updated information about available properties.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
Work with the marketing team to maximize property exposure.
Keep up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of UAE real estate sales experience
.
Valid
UAE driving license
(preferred).
Fluency in English.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using CRM systems
Knowledge of UAE's real estate market and relevant regulations.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.
