A valid driving license and personal car are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties across Doha.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and property developers.
Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the sales process.
Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain an updated record of sold and available listings.
Stay informed about the latest market trends, pricing, and real estate developments in Qatar.
Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand reputation.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in real estate sales
(residential or commercial).
Proven
track record of closed or sold properties
.
Valid Qatari driving license and personal vehicle (Preferred).
Currently residing in Doha, Qatar.
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
Knowledge of the Qatari real estate market is a strong advantage.
Fluency in
English
(Arabic is an added advantage).
