Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads
and build a strong client network.
Consult with buyers and sellers
to understand their property needs.
Conduct
property showings, open houses, and site visits

Negotiate and finalize
sales and leasing agreements
.
Stay updated on
market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
.
Maintain accurate records in
CRM systems and property portals
.
Collaborate with developers and property owners to
expand listings
.
Ensure compliance with
UAE real estate laws and regulations
.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience
in real estate sales in Abu Dhabi.
Strong
negotiation and communication
skills.
Knowledge of UAE property laws and licensing requirements
.
Ability to
work independently
and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems
and digital marketing tools.
UAE Real Estate License
(preferred).
Fluent in
English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
