to represent our perfume brand in retail outlets and events. As the face of the brand, you will be responsible for introducing and recommending fragrances to customers, increasing sales, and creating a luxurious and memorable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Promote and demonstrate various perfume products, highlighting key notes, ingredients, and benefits.
Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain visual standards of the fragrance counter or promotional display.
Ensure testers and product samples are clean and well-presented.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently.
Report customer feedback, sales figures, and competitor activity to the supervisor or brand manager.
Support stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed.
Stay updated on new fragrance launches and brand campaigns.
Requirements:
Previous experience in perfume or cosmetics sales (retail or promotional) preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong selling and customer service abilities.
Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
Confidence in approaching and engaging with customers.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of fragrance families (e.g., floral, woody, oriental) and scent layering techniques.
Need to speak Taglog and English
Passion for the beauty and luxury industry.
Multilingual abilities are a plus (especially in high-end or tourist-focused locations).
