Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Business Development Executive to support our marketing and lead-generation activities. The role involves reporting to the office at the assigned time, visiting allocated outlets daily, and collecting visitor data to support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Report to the office daily at the assigned time and coordinate with the reporting manager.

Visit assigned outlets as per the daily schedule provided by the manager.

Collect and record visitor/customer data professionally and accurately.

Engage with visitors in a polite and confident manner to explain company offerings when required.

Visit various locations including:

o Hypermarkets

o Supermarkets

o Restaurants

o Malls

o Night markets

Attend company-sponsored events and collect data from event visitors and participants.

Ensure data collected is complete, accurate, and submitted within the given timelines.

Follow company guidelines, branding, and ethical data-collection practices at all times.

Provide daily activity reports and feedback to the reporting manager.

Requirements & Skills:

Prior experience in business development, sales, marketing, or field work is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, presentable, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work in the field and travel to different locations daily.

Basic knowledge of data entry and reporting.

Self-motivated with the ability to meet daily targets.
