Job Description

Sales Promoter (Mall / Retail Outlet)

A Sales Promoter in a mall is responsible for

promoting and selling products or services

, engaging with customers, and representing the brand in a positive, professional manner. Their main goal is to

increase sales, attract new customers, and enhance brand awareness

.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion & Sales

Actively approach shoppers to

demonstrate and promote products

.

Explain

product features, benefits, and usage

to potential customers.

Persuade customers to make a purchase and

achieve daily/weekly sales targets

.

Handle

cash transactions or coordinate with billing counters

.

Customer Engagement

Greet customers politely and

create a welcoming shopping experience

.

Answer customer questions and

address complaints or feedback

professionally.

Build rapport

with repeat customers and encourage loyalty.



Product Display & Merchandising

Ensure the

product display area is clean, attractive, and well-stocked

.

Arrange

product samples, posters, and promotional materials

neatly.

Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor when stocks are low.

Reporting & Feedback

Prepare

daily sales reports

and share with the supervisor or mall management.

Collect and report

customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends

.

Suggest ways to improve

sales performance or product presentation

.

Brand Representation

Follow brand guidelines in

appearance, behavior, and communication

.

Maintain a professional image

while dealing with customers and mall staff.

Participate in

promotional events, product launches, or special campaigns

.

Skills & Qualities Required:

Excellent

communication and interpersonal

skills.

Strong

sales and persuasion

abilities.

Friendly, energetic, and confident personality.

Basic

knowledge of retail operations

and product handling.

Ability to

work flexible hours

, including weekends and holidays.

Educational / Experience Requirement:

Minimum:

High school diploma (10th / 12th pass)

or equivalent.

CANDIDATE MUST BE IN OWN VISA

Experience:

0-2 years

in sales, customer service, or retail (preferred).

Training is often provided by the employer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
