Job Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Approach and engage with customers at designated locations, building an initial positive interaction.
Clearly and enthusiastically explain the unique features and benefits of our products.
Educate customers on the health benefits of our product, highlighting how our products stand out in quality and taste.
Product Sampling and Demonstration:
Offer free samples to customers, allowing them to experience the taste and quality firsthand.
Prepare and present samples following company hygiene and safety standards.
Address customer queries or concerns about ingredients, flavors, and the natural benefits of our products.
Sales and Conversion:
Actively encourage customers to purchase products by highlighting promotions, discounts, or exclusive offers available.
Meet daily or weekly sales targets as set by the company.
Upsell and cross-sell various products based on customer preferences and interests.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay up-to-date on all product information, ingredients, health benefits, and any new product launches.
Participate in all provided training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Event Setup and Maintenance:
Set up the promotional stand or kiosk, ensuring all materials and products are displayed attractively.
Keep the sampling area clean, organized, and stocked with enough products for the day.
Ensure that promotional tools such as banners, brochures, and product displays are properly set up.
Market Insights and Reporting:
Gather customer feedback and provide insights on common questions, concerns, or preferences.
Record the number of samples given and sales made, submitting daily or weekly reports as required.
Report any issues with the stand or sampling equipment to the supervisor immediately.
Tools and Resources Provided by the Company:
All promotional materials, product samples, and tools needed for sampling.
Training on product knowledge and customer engagement strategies.
Uniform or branded attire to enhance brand visibility.
Salary:

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be outgoing, friendly, and confident, with excellent communication skills and a passion for health-focused products. Prior experience in customer engagement, sales, or promotions, especially in the FMCG sector, is preferred but not required.
