Job Description

We are looking for young beautiful energetic sales promoters/models for our Used Car Showroom

A sales promoter or model in a car showroom is responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits, answering questions, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth. Key duties include building customer rapport, providing excellent service, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating on promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales goals. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive and motivated attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet customers, build relationships, and understand their needs to recommend suitable car models. Showcase vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and services to potential buyers. Qualify buyers, negotiate prices, overcome objections, and complete sales contracts. Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and overall sales goals. Stay updated on new car models, industry trends, and product features and services. Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive showroom displays to attract customers. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or issues. Keep records of sales activities and report progress, customer feedback, and trends to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers. Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Ability to learn and retain detailed information about vehicles and the automotive industry. A proactive, result-oriented, and highly motivated attitude. Ability to work well with team members and contribute to sales strategies. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
