Job Description
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project or programme management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- You will manage the design and site delivery team\xe2\x80\x99s performance of delegated responsibilities.
- You will manage project budget including risk allowance monitor and control changes/variations,
- You will coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.
- You will Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and Company
- Engaging and professionally interacting with the design professionals, consultants, Vendors and client while successfully directing the installation team in safety executing the work in accordance with the design Plan.
- Closely working with the manufacturers, product development team and logistics team to ensure a high standard of execution and customer experience.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design/Architecture or Architecture from an accredited university (Preferred Master).
- Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in executing residential / commercial interior design projects.
- Hands - on interior installation experience preferred
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of basic project management principles.
- Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DMax.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with client, vendors and internal teams.
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and ability to drive to/from job sites
- Willingness to travel out of state is preferred
- Capable of traveling to and from project sites
- Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to ~25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
- Ability to maneuver effectively around rental units and warehouse spaces
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
