Strong understanding of
Dubai and wider UAE real estate development trends
Demonstrated track record of closing
at least 20 successful property transactions
Hands-on experience with
transactions involving Dubai and other Emirates
Excellent negotiation, client management, and closing skills
Language Requirements:
Fluent in
English
Proficiency in
Arabic or Mandarin Chinese
is required (bilingual or multilingual candidates preferred)
Location:
Business Bay, Dubai
Working Hours:
8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday
Six-month
probationary period
