Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and motivated
Sales Professional
to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling gym memberships, building strong client relationships, and helping new members start their fitness journey.Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell gym memberships and personal training packages. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Provide tours and detailed information about gym facilities and services. Follow up with potential leads and maintain a client database. Work closely with reception and coaching teams to ensure excellent member experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Outgoing personality and professional appearance. Motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused. Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
