Job Description

We are looking for a young energetic dynamic Car Sales persons who will be responsible for selling new and used cars to potential customers. In this position, you will be expected to have excellent communication and customer service skills. You must be able to understand the needs of the customer and provide them with the best options. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records of sales and customer interactions.

Duties and responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles Provide information to customers regarding financing options and warranties Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle features Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers Complete paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals Collaborate with other sales team members to meet sales goals Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements and qualifications

Social media experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge of cars and their features Valid driver's license (Preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in sales or customer service Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and willingness to learn
